Retail Cloud
A retail-intelligence platform — LLM agents, retailer APIs, and the GitOps infrastructure to run them in production.

Retail Cloud is the enterprise end of my work, and I built the MVP end to end: pulling live camera streams out of real supermarkets into the cloud, the LLM agents (LangGraph / LangChain) that turn that footage into real retail tasks, the retailer-facing APIs and dashboard on top, and the infrastructure that keeps the whole thing running.
The interesting engineering is at the seams. Agents are easy to demo and hard to operate — so the platform pairs them with proper APIs, evaluation, and a GitOps/Terraform pipeline so deploys are boring and reproducible. This is the side of me that isn't AR at all: distributed systems, infrastructure, and AI that has to survive contact with production.
